Appointments
Appointments are available up to one month ahead with each doctor and up to three months ahead with Nurses.
Telephone Advice
If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse during the day, please tell the receptionist the nature of your call and one of the doctors or nurses will call you back.
Chaperones / Intimate Examinations
You are entitled to ask for a chaperone to be present during intimate examinations; usually this will be one of the Practice Nurses. The clinician seeing you may also decide to use a chaperone.
