We currently have two vacancies in our Reception Team.

We seek a patient advisor to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will have excellent IT, telephone and customer service skills, able to book appointments and answer patient enquiries in a caring and confidential manner.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, have the ability to be flexible and work under pressure to meet the needs of the Practice.
Experience of working in a customer advisory role preferred but training provided for the right person.
